Final Call Back Documentation

Congratulations on making it this far!

Prior to your final callback , there is documentation we require to assess your eligibility to undertake an international contract. It is vital that you read through and return all required documents before your final audition. Please take the time to read it through carefully, following all instructions to return documentation correctly.

1. Read the Key Information Summary to answer some of the more common questions prior to the interview   

2. Watch our directional video on how to take costume measurements. Then complete the Measurement Form through the below link. All measurements must be in metric (centimetres only)

3. Complete the Certificate Of Eligibilty form through the below link 

4. Upload a colour copy of your passport and a passport-style photo following the requirements in the Passport Photo Submission Requirements

5. Upload photos as instructed in the Photo Packet
